Rymic Terms of Service
Making A Purchase Browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
Payment
Payment must be received in full prior to delivery of goods.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Debit, American Express and PayPal. You can also contact us if you wish to pay by direct transfer to our bank account.
Your Order
When you receive confirmation of your order, this acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If your item is not available in stock, we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, or choose an alternative product.
Shipping And Handling Standard delivery within the UK is included in the price for all bikes unless otherwise stated, however certain postcodes will attract an additional cost. Please contact us in advance of ordering if you are unsure about the charges that apply.
If you cancel or change your delivery date once you have been provided with a time slot, then an administration fee of £35 will apply. For this reason we advise you to only book a delivery date where you are available to take delivery at any time from 7am to 6pm.
Delivery Schedule Delivery will normally be within 5 days of you placing an order with us.
Free gifts offered with a product may not always be delivered with the product but should be delivered within 10 working days.
Although the best possible care will be taken to avoid damage to the property during a delivery or assembly, we are not liable for any damage caused.
You must inform us within two working days of expected delivery if goods do not arrive, if they are damaged in transit, or if products are faulty on arrival, so that we can correct the problem as soon as possible. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT (currently 20%) is included in the price for all orders made from the UK or the European Union. VAT may be exempted if you live outside the EU, although you may be liable for taxes within your own country on receipt of the goods.
Credit Card Security We use a SagePay payment gateway to process your payment. This gateway stores encrypted credit card details in order that we can take the payment and provide our customers with a refund without needing to contact them for card details. Your card details are not available to view, apart from the last four numbers and the encryption used meets the rigorous industry standard compliance level.

This warranty will only be deemed valid when the original sales receipt or invoice (indicating the model and date of purchase) is presented along with the defective model.

Returns Policy If you have purchased your product via the internet then your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email, quoting the order number supplied to you. A refund will be paid within 30 days of your order cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of return and the risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.
Any goods returned should be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning goods. We accept the right to refuse any delivery to our warehouse that has not been pre-booked.
If you have chosen to have the bike assembled, we reserve the right to deduct the assembly charge from your refund amount, if you choose to return your bike.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforce-ability of the remainder.
